The majority of Ukrainian developers express their readiness regarding the possibility and expediency of concluding agreements directly with realtors certified in accordance with international standards of real estate activities, regarding payment for relevant services for the purchase and sale of real estate. For the end buyer, the final cost of real estate objects will remain unchanged. Almost all Ukrainian developers expressed their willingness to sign such agreements with qualified realtors. The discussion of the problems of this issue was held within the framework of the 16th International Conference, which was held in Yalta. Thus, domestic development companies are planning to bring some order to the real estate services market. The peculiarity of concluding contracts with professional realtors will be completely entrusted to development companies, which completely eliminates the possibility of an increase in the price of apartments for the end buyer.
